Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, overseeing field operations and nurturing long-term relationships. You will identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services, develop accurate estimates, deliver timely bid proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure delivery meets expectations.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in customer service, management, and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for portfolio of landscape maintenance clients
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Maintain client relations and ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Lead site walkthroughs and address client concerns
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service quality
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews
• Maintain CRM notes and client records
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure branch financial goals
