BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and additional sales. This role oversees field operations and coordinates with the team to ensure service delivery.

The position requires developing proposals, managing client communications, and driving improvement in service quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relations, ensuring satisfaction and renewals.
• Oversight of field operations and service delivery to meet client expectations.
