BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, oversee field operations, and promote ancillary services while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include developing estimates, delivering bid proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with the Operations Manager to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and oversee field operations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and all pertinent points of contact.
