BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Account Manager to act as the key contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, guiding long-term relationships and overseeing field operations to ensure top-tier service and client satisfaction.

The role includes pursuing ancillary services, crafting accurate estimates, delivering timely proposals, and driving renewals while collaborating with the Operations Manager to meet or exceed margins.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership in landscaping or local markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term relations with clients across all points of contact.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of client concerns or issues.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Schedule regular site visits for quality reviews with the Branch team.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain branch financial goals with acceptable gross margins.
• Assist Branch Manager in leadership and meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and client documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable levels for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Branch Administrator on contact records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
