Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and to oversee field operations to ensure quality and satisfaction across sites.

You will identify opportunities to sell ancillary services, develop accurate estimates, and deliver timely bid proposals while maintaining strong client relations and coordinating with the Operations Manager for service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and overseeing field operations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relations with clients, focusing on all pertinent points of contact.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate the resolution of client concerns or issues (land and/or snow).
• Ensure timely account renewals within the assigned client portfolio.
