Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, overseeing field operations and building long‑term relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.

The role includes pursuing opportunities to expand services, developing estimates, delivering bids, and coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent customer-focused experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership in landscaping or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Lead and support field crews; ensure service delivery meets expectations.
