Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, promote client satisfaction, and oversee field operations to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

The role involves identifying opportunities for ancillary services, developing estimates, and delivering timely proposals while leading and coaching field crews and coordinating with the branch leadership to maintain

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
