Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management seeks an Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building relationships, addressing concerns, and proposing landscape enhancements. You will collaborate with all teams to meet service standards and client objectives.

Responsibilities include on-site customer meetings, regular communications, upselling enhancements, and managing annual property budgets while ensuring contracts are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Horticulture or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience a plus
• At least 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience a plus
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer retention and satisfaction by understanding needs and exceeding expectations.
• Keep regular communication with customers, inform on progress, and resolve issues.
• Propose and upsell landscape enhancements aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with Field Manager to prioritize site issues and ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct monthly property drives to align team actions with client expectations.
• Meet with customers onsite to understand needs and propose solutions.
