Job summary

Signature Landscape, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, present landscape improvement recommendations, and manage communications within the portfolio.

The role targets revenue growth, contract renewals, and high-quality service across client sites. You will lead with a client-first mindset, coordinate site visits, and resolve issues to exceed expectations while promoting enhancements that beautify properties and maintain satisfaction across a national reach

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
• Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.
• Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
