Pacific Landscape Management is seeking an Account Manager to foster customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and lead enhancement sales across multiple properties. The role partners with field teams to deliver superior service and manage client expectations.

Ideal candidates have horticulture-related education, 5+ years in landscape maintenance, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Horticulture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience a plus.
• At least 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience a plus.
• Strong English communication; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention by building relationships.
• Propose landscape enhancements and upsell aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Field Manager to prioritize issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct onsite customer meetings and record communications.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for properties.
• Secure approvals for price increases and service enhancements.
