Job summary

Estate Landscaping is seeking an Account Manager – Landscape Services to manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and ensure exceptional service delivery and profitability. You will work closely with the Operations team to provide tailored solutions and drive both client and company success.

The role involves frequent site visits, contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities across enhancements, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or operations in landscape or service industries.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills with trust-building ability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multiple priorities.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, job costing, and margin management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and CRM/operations software (Aspire).
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients, fostering strong relationships and high satisfaction.
• Lead contract renewal processes, including pricing reviews and value-based discussions.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in landscape enhancements and pest control to maximize revenue.
• Conduct site visits and performance reviews with clients to address concerns and discuss needs.
• Respond promptly to client requests and issues with exceptional service.
• Perform property inspections to ensure quality and coordinate with Operations for actions.
• Manage budgets, job costs, and gross margin targets for accounts.
