Job summary

Greatjob is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and grow existing client relationships within the landscape services sector. You will drive enhancement sales, oversee project estimates, and ensure service quality meets high standards across scheduled work.

You will coordinate crews, analyze financials, and collaborate with vendors and customers to deliver timely, profitable outcomes while promoting safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent; horticulture field desirable.
• Experience: 5–10 years in landscape industry and customer-facing roles.
• Leadership: 5–7 years in client relations and sales growth.
• Technical: Proficient with MS Office and scheduling/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily huddles and coordinate with Enhancement Crews to set expectations.
• Approve timesheets and manage invoices, receipts and proposals.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and conduct site audits.
• Inspect work for quality and manage cross-sell of services.
• Plan and schedule next-day jobs; manage vendor and subcontractor relations.
• Lead weekly meetings and contribute to leadership discussions.
• Oversee seasonal snow operations where applicable.
