Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, cultivating long-term relationships to boost satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. This role oversees field operations and coordinates with the branch team to meet service expectations.

You will identify opportunities for enhancement services, develop accurate estimates, and lead regular site reviews with clients and the Operations Manager to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and oversee field operations.
