Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager in Maryland to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. You will build long-term relationships, oversee field operations, and pursue ancillary service opportunities.

You will develop estimates, deliver bid proposals, and coordinate with branch leadership to meet service standards and client expectations. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this client-facing, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and oversee field operations.
• Develop estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Schedule site walkthroughs with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
