Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and oversee field operations. You will build long-term relationships, promote client satisfaction, and drive ancillary sales.

The role emphasizes identifying upsell opportunities, delivering timely proposals, and coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery and quality. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to meet service expectations and address concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations and assist with schedules.
• Lead hiring, training, and coaching of field crews for the portfolio.
• Maintain branch finances with acceptable gross margins for base contracts and enhancements.
