Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, cultivating long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving ancillary sales. The role oversees field operations and collaborates with the Branch Manager to meet service delivery and financial goals.

Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, preparing estimates, delivering bids, and maintaining CRM records while guiding the field

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, management, and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to Business Developer
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues
• Ensure timely account renewals within the portfolio
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service delivery goals
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews
• Promote and enforce safety policies
• Maintain gross margins on base and ancillary services
• Assist Branch Manager in leadership meetings
• Maintain client records in CRM
• Monitor accounts receivable levels
• Coordinate with Branch Administrator for client records
