Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients and lead field operations across multiple sites. The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships and coordinating service delivery with internal teams.

You will identify upsell opportunities, prepare estimates, deliver timely proposals, and ensure client satisfaction with regular site visits and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience in landscaping or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and communicate with key contacts.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Schedule site visits for quality reviews and client satisfaction.
