Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales while overseeing field operations.

You will identify opportunities for enhancement services, develop estimates and takeoffs, deliver timely bid proposals, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and lead site visits to ensure top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and conduct site walkthroughs to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations and Branch Managers to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
