Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. The role oversees field operations and collaborates with the Branch Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, delivering proposals, leading site walkthroughs, and ensuring timely account renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably landscaping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell ancillary services within the client portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and relay leads to the Business Developer.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure service quality.
