Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. You will oversee field operations and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with all contacts.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service.
• Lead resolution of client concerns and coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the portfolio.
• Promote safety policies and supervise field crews.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor receivables.
