Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships, promoting satisfaction and retention, and driving ancillary sales. The role oversees field operations and coordinates with branch leadership to ensure service excellence.

You will identify upgrade opportunities, prepare estimates, and deliver timely proposals while nurturing strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience in customer-focused service
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and site visits
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Promote safety policies and enforce procedures
• Maintain client records in CRM and manage accounts receivable levels
