Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long‑term relationships and overseeing field operations.

The role focuses on selling ancillary services, delivering proposals, and maintaining client satisfaction while driving annual renewals and collaboration with operations and branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and regular site walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
