BrightView Holdings, Inc. seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a landscape maintenance client portfolio. You will nurture long-term relationships, drive client satisfaction, and oversee field operations to ensure quality service and renewal success.

The role emphasizes selling ancillary services, developing estimates, and coordinating with the Operations Manager to align delivery with client expectations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services within client portfolios.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancements.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Maintain strong long-term client relationships and regular site walkthroughs.
• Ensure timely account renewals and address client concerns.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service expectations.
• Support hiring, training and coaching of field crews.
