BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that promote satisfaction and retention. You will oversee field operations and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure service excellence.

The role includes identifying opportunities to sell ancillary services, developing estimates, and delivering timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for landscape maintenance clients and build long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of client concerns or issues.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
