Gabriel Group seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for landscaping clients, managing day-to-day site issues, and driving services and renewals. The role emphasizes strong client relations, contract adherence, and collaborative operations support.

The position requires a 2-year degree approach with a 3-year landscape account management or sales background, plus proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Aspire software. Expect field site visits, travel, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in landscape account management or sales.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Horticulture preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and Aspire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's main point of contact for day-to-day site issues and address client needs.
• Conduct periodic walkthroughs with clients and company representatives.
• Sell services by building relationships and recommending solutions.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors and operations to meet contract specs, budget, and schedule.
• Communicate with operations to ensure high-quality results.
• Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Identify product improvements by monitoring industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Maintain organizational standards and drive quality service.
• Contribute to team efforts and participate in meetings.
• Liaise between customer and internal teams.
• Drive maintenance sales with existing and new clients.
• Review contracts with Branch/OP Manager; assist renewal discussions.
