EarthWorks is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue through strong client relationships and proactive service management. The role collaborates with field teams to ensure quality and alignment with customer expectations.

The candidate will identify landscape enhancement opportunities, manage budget considerations, and oversee pricing adjustments with client approvals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience preferred.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding service performance, updates, and issue resolution.
• Address concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify, propose, and sell landscape enhancements aligned with client needs.
• Achieve or exceed targeted enhancement sales goals.
• Partner with the Field Manager to review site conditions, prioritize issues, and align on service delivery.
• Conduct regular property visits to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Work collaboratively to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Conduct onsite meetings with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing and managing property budgets.
• Support pricing adjustments and secure client approvals for service enhancements or increases.
