Cultivar Group is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and production oversight for our landscaping services. You will oversee Crew Leaders, manage contracts, and drive customer satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts in our California branch.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in landscape client-facing roles, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset to expand ancillary services while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years in landscape maintenance or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of landscaping principles.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft/Google suites.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and oversee production Crew Leaders.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a zero-harm work environment.
• Monitor contracts, budgets, hours, materials, and profitability; address variances.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; provide proactive updates.
• Drive ancillary sales through enhancements, irrigation, and tree services.
