Greatjob is seeking an Account Manager to nurture existing customer relationships, drive revenue growth through enhancements, and coordinate landscape projects with high standards for safety and quality.

The role requires a strong background in landscape production, client service, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across vendors, crews, and customers. Opportunities include leadership in seasonal operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in landscape industry with focus on production, maintenance, and service delivery.
• 5–7 years in a customer-facing role with proven client relationship management and sales growth.
• Proficient with scheduling, reporting, and communication through common PC software.

Responsabilités

• Attend Morning Huddle and Sales Leadership Huddles to align daily goals and tasks.
• Approve timesheets and job tickets, manage receipts and proposals, follow up on accounts receivable over 45 days.
• Respond to calls, texts, and emails within 24 hours and conduct site audits for improvements.
• Inspect properties during and after work to ensure quality and promote best practices.
• Schedule next-day enhancement jobs in Aspire, print planners/maps, and generate purchase orders.
• Hold weekly meetings with Enhancement Crew Leaders to review performance and align objectives.
• Oversee snow management operations in applicable markets.
• Perform other duties as needed.
