Job summary

BrightView Landscape Services is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary client contact, nurture long-term relationships, and oversee field operations with a Production Manager. You’ll drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and ancillary sales while guiding branch performance.

You’ll lead client-facing initiatives, develop site improvement ideas, and coordinate with the Branch Administrator to keep client data accurate, enabling growth and consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in landscape or service industry
• Associate’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Client Satisfaction: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients; Perform site walkthroughs with clients; Facilitate resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
• Sales: Present site enhancement ideas; Generate referrals; Develop accurate estimates maintaining gross margins
• Operations: Assist in leadership of the branch; Maintain accounts receivable; Coordinate with Branch Administrator to keep client data up-to-date
