Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary liaison for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.

You will oversee field operations, identify enhancement opportunities, prepare estimates, and deliver timely bids while coordinating with the Branch and Operations Managers to ensure service delivery meets expectations and branch financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across contacts.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations.
