Job summary

Sperber Landscape Companies is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and lead production crews in delivering high-quality landscaping services. You will report to the Branch Manager and focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for maintenance improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and oversee production teams.
• Experience coordinating field operations and scheduling to meet client expectations.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and profitability of landscape maintenance contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and oversee production crews.
• Schedule and coordinate job execution to meet client expectations.
• Monitor contract performance, hours, materials, and budgets to improve profitability.
• Maintain proactive client communications and conduct regular meetings for updates and improvements.
• Oversee annual contract renewals and client satisfaction initiatives.
