Cultivar Group in California is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts within our landscaping division. You will lead Production Team Leaders, coordinate job execution, and drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality landscape services.

The role emphasizes safety, client relationship management, and proactive account growth through ancillary services, with focus on on-site client engagement and collaboration with branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years experience in landscape maintenance or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build trust-based relationships.
• Oversee production crews, schedule, coordinate, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and address billing/discrepancies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for ancillary sales and service improvements.
• Maintain safety culture and oversee compliance with regulations.
