Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide personalized itineraries and keep guest profiles up to date.
• Coordinate pre-arrival experiences by collecting preferences and requests with internal teams.
• Partner with resort departments and vendors to arrange travel and ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services while maintaining a guest-first approach.
• Maintain guest records and complete administrative tasks to support operations.
