Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred
• Professional Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or Cosmetology license preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all Spa operations to deliver luxury guest experiences and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop Spa team while upholding culture and standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor, purchasing, and inventory to drive revenue.
• Build guest relationships, coordinate group and VIP experiences; lead service recovery.
• Oversee Spa facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and inventory with other departments.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, reporting, and departmental communications.
• Develop and maintain Spa programs and operating standards aligned with brand.

Education

Professional Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or Cosmetology license
