Job summary

The Lana’i Experience Planner (LEP) is based at the Los Angeles Sales Office and supports Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and affiliated Lana’i entities by coordinating personalized pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences.

This role works closely with resort teams to ensure seamless trip planning and memorable guest experiences while identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and drive incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest experience coordination preferred.
• Ability to create personalized itineraries and coordinate activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels with personalized recommendations and detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate pre-arrival experiences by gathering guest preferences and travel details.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless planning and guest journey.
• Identify opportunities to upsell resort services while maintaining a guest-first approach.
• Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative tasks to support operational excellence.
