Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Availability to work seven days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Experience in hula, oli, ukulele, lauhala and lau nui weaving, hula implements, ohe kapala, and olelo Hawaiʻi.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and authentic guest experience by explaining the cultural significance of each activity and fostering a welcoming atmosphere of aloha.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lāna‘i’s culture, history, and significant sites to enhance guest education and experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and ensure all materials and areas are prepared for daily activities.

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is an oceanfront, five‑diamond destination offering curated, personalized island escape. Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a Lana’i Cultural Advisor to share a passion for excellence and bring enthusiasm into every interaction. The role shapes guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each encounter. Work authorization in the United States is required.
