Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to serve as the frontline contact for sample intake and processing, coordinating with lab staff to deliver timely results.

The role requires high client interaction, data entry, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Food Science or Chemistry, with lab experience in food/environmental

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in Food and/or Environmental Testing laboratories.
• Client service or QA experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both laboratory staff and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client, account management, and lab staff to meet client needs.
• Coordinate logistics of client projects to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Receive, process and triage samples efficiently.
• Maintain and organize sample storage and retention.
• Communicate technical data to leadership and clients.
