Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Customer Relationship Associate to act as the front-line liaison for client sample intake and timely processing for analysis. You will coordinate among client services, lab staff, and project teams to ensure accurate, on-time results.

The role emphasizes high client interaction, data entry, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical clients in a fast-paced environment. A background in food/environmental testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Food and/or Environmental Testing Laboratory experience is strongly desired.
• Client service or QA experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both laboratory staff and non-technical individuals.
• Familiarity with regulatory testing requirements (FDA; EPA).
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact to receive and process samples for timely analysis.
• Coordinate internal efforts to deliver accurate test results to clients.
• Triages and prioritizes samples based on analysis requirements.
• Maintain organization and storage of samples and retention schedules.
• Communicate technical data to leadership and clients.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Identify new service possibilities aligned with business goals.
