Qualifications

• Degree in FoodScience, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Food and/or Environmental Testing Laboratory experience is strongly desired.
• Client service or QA experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both lab staff and non-technical individuals.
• Familiarity with FDA and EPA regulatory testing requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead projects.
• Commitment to service excellence and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the client, Customer Relationship account management team, and lab staff; troubleshoot problems.
• Manage the logistics of client projects to meet needs on time and cost-effectively while ensuring quality.
• Receive and process samples; triage and prioritize by requirements.
• Store and organize all incoming samples; maintain sample retention.
• Coordinate communications and actions between internal departments/functions.
• Monitor project progress and delegate tasks as needed.
• Communicate technical data to senior leadership and clients.
