Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Sales Account Manager, Labels, to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers on the East Coast. You will specialize in Gallus label printing solutions, working with converters and brand-focused manufacturers to assess needs, propose equipment and software, and drive profitability.

You will guide customers through ROI analyses and capital investment decisions, coordinating across teams to ensure seamless installations and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years B2B sales experience in printing/packaging/capital equipment preferred.
• Experience selling capital equipment or workflow software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with label converters and printers in the assigned East Coast territory.
• Promote Gallus label solutions including presses, software, and automation.
• Lead needs assessments, ROI analyses, and equipment recommendations with customers.
