Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Labels to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers along the East Coast. You will specialize in Gallus label printing and converting solutions, including digital and flexographic presses, workflow software, and related services.

As a consultative sales professional, you will guide customers from needs discovery through ROI analyses, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, label, packaging, or capital equipment.
• Experience selling capital equipment, production technologies, or workflow software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and packaging printers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand their production workflows.
• Promote Gallus label solutions including presses, software, and workflow automation.
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to recommend equipment and solutions.
