Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Sales Account Manager – Labels to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers on the East Coast. You will promote Gallus label solutions, lead ROI analyses, and manage complex capital equipment opportunities from prospecting through installation.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, travel across the Eastern U.S., and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and profitability for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in printing/packaging/capital equipment.
• Experience selling capital equipment, production technologies, or workflow software is preferred.
• Knowledge of label printing processes and Gallus label solutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to acquire and maintain detailed technical knowledge of Gallus label products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and packaging printers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Promote the Gallus portfolio of label solutions and related production equipment.
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to recommend equipment and software.
• Coordinate resources across sales, product management, and service teams to support complex opportunities.
• Represent Heidelberg at trade shows and industry events.
