Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Sales Account Manager, Labels, to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers across the East Coast territory. You will specialize in Gallus label printing and converting solutions, including digital and flexographic presses and workflow software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferrable in business, marketing, printing tech, or engineering.
• 3–5 years B2B sales, preferably in printing/packaging/capital equipment.
• Experience selling capital equipment, production tech, or software solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of label/printing processes and related technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and target printers within the territory.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand their workflows and growth plans.
• Promote Gallus label solutions and related software, presses, and automation.
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to recommend equipment and workflows.
• Coordinate resources across teams to support complex capital equipment opportunities.
