Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager for Labels, covering an East Coast territory. You will develop strong relationships with label converters and printers, promoting Gallus label presses, workflow software, and ancillary equipment.

The role focuses on understanding production requirements, ROI analyses, and long-term partnerships, with extensive travel across the Eastern U.S. You will collaborate with Heidelberg/Gallus teams to tailor solutions, manage the sales cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years B2B sales experience in printing/packaging/capital equipment
• Experience selling capital equipment, workflow software, or manufacturing solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of Gallus label products, flexographic printing, and packaging production is highly desirable
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage complex sales cycles

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and printers within the assigned territory on the East Coast
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding label production workflows and business objectives
• Promote Gallus label solutions including digital and flexographic presses and workflow automation
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to recommend equipment and software
• Coordinate resources across sales, product management, and service to support opportunities
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, ROI analyses, and proposals to stakeholders
• Maintain CRM data, forecast opportunities, and report pipeline status
