Heidelberg USA is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the East Coast to build and maintain relationships with label converters and packaging printers. You will drive opportunities for Gallus label solutions, including presses, software, and automation, while guiding customers through ROI analyses and installation planning.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored production improvements, demonstrate value, and close deals with multi-level stakeholders across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in printing/packaging/capital equipment sectors.
• Experience selling capital equipment, workflow software, or manufacturing solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of label printing processes and digital/flexographic printing is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and printers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand production workflows.
• Promote Gallus label solutions including presses, software, and workflow automation.
• Provide needs assessments and ROI-based recommendations to improve productivity.
• Coordinate resources across sales, product, service, and leadership for complex opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting in the CRM system.
