Job summary

One Medical in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient in-office experience and coordinating front-desk tasks and lab operations.

Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; proficient computer skills and multiple software systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, with remote teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support services.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients at front desk and lab.
• Maintain smooth patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up processes.
• Assist with clerical duties, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting as needed.
• Master technology suite (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, EMR, RingCentral) to complete daily tasks.
