One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support at our Seattle pediatrics office. You will greet patients, manage intake and scheduling, assist with billing inquiries, and support providers and the virtual medical team.

This full-time role includes lab services, front desk responsibilities, and maintaining a welcoming space. You will use our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom and EMR, to coordinate care and ensure

Qualificações

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems.
• Experience with collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams

Responsabilidades

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support per patient needs.
• Foster a positive in-office experience and manage patient intake.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in, scheduling, insurance verification.
• Support billing inquiries and medical records tasks as needed.
• Maintain office standards, supplies, and organization.
• Master Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR and related tools for daily work.
• Collaborate with providers and lab team to assist care delivery.
• Open/close office and ensure a welcoming environment.
