Job summary
One Medical is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Phlebotomist (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to provide exceptional patient experiences. You will perform venipuncture, support office operations, and help patients navigate care journeys with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.
- Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to perform venipuncture and support clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver venipuncture and basic clinical support in a front desk and lab setting.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and office appearance.
- Handle patient communications and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, insurance verification, and documentation.
- Master our technology suite (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily tasks.
