Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support while greeting patients and managing front-desk duties at our Seaport office in Boston, MA. You will work closely with the practice team to ensure a smooth patient journey and accurate administrative support, including scheduling, billing inquiries, and chart updates.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in typing and using multiple software systems.
• Experience working on collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams (remote teams a plus).
• Ability to deliver patient-centered care during collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and clinical support alongside front-desk duties.
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Assist/providers with clerical tasks and billing inquiries as needed.
• Maintain clinic space and ensure brand-aligned lobby appearance.
• Utilize EMR and collaboration tools to support patient care and team communication.
• Open/close duties and restock supplies to keep the office organized.
