Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support while delivering an exceptional in-office patient experience. You will manage patient intake, coordinate scheduling, assist with billing inquiries, and support the care team with administrative tasks.

Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork are essential. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming lobby environment and maintaining instrument and patient

Qualifications

• Ability to perform venipuncture and provide clinical support to patients.
• Strong communication skills with patients and teammates.
• Front desk duties including check-in/out and scheduling support.
• Ability to manage inventory, labeling, and sterilization of lab tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and other clinical support as assigned.
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
• Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed.
• Handle front desk tasks and patient communications with empathy.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, and proper handling of specimens.
• Utilize Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR and related tools to complete daily work.
